We appreciate your business & your appointments are very important to us. We understand that last minute adjustments may be needed for your appointment. Respectfully we request 48 hours notice for any color or Brazilian Blow Out services. We request 24 hours notice for all haircut, updo styling & makeup appointments/services. Please understand that both your time & ours are very valuable to us. Without proper notice we are unable to fill that empty time slot with someone from our waiting list. In the event that we do not receive the required notice for adjustments & cancellations, you will be charged 30% of your service & that fee will be applied to your credit card. You will also be required to leave a 25% deposit for any future appointments.
